What began one spring day in 1949 with Paul Johansson filing on a spoon, eventually developed into Paul's Sportdepot in Simlångsdalen. The Myran spinner was the beginning of a chapter in Swedish sport fishing history that has yet to be finished. Myrspinnaren soon had company, and today they are one big family. Wipp, Agat, Panter, Lilla My, Toni, Mira, Akka, Toni Z, Pilot, Tuna Lax Sting. Each one signed Paul Johansson and resident under the name MYRAN either as a patent or with design protection. Since 2001, the Johansson Elmervik family in Huskvarna has taken over both production and sales of Myran. All in the spirit of Paul Johansson and of course : MADE IN SWEDEN.
