Deliveries
For deliveries, we work with different shipping carriers. We can normally ship your order within 1-2 business days, which means you should receive your order within 2-5 business days. During holidays, high season, and special occasions such as Black Friday, deliveries may take a few extra days.
Return Policy
We at Söder Sportfiske want you to be happy with your purchase and offer a 30-day exchange right*. To be eligible, items must be returned in unopened packaging and in the same condition as when delivered.
Please note: We do not offer free returns, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
Contact us using our returns form before sending anything back. We'll help you arrange the return. Returns must be sent as a business parcel. For international orders, the customer is also responsible for the shipping cost of any replacement item.
*Exceptions: the exchange right does not apply to personalized products or items that cannot be resold once opened such as fishing reels spooled with line at your request, or opened bait packaging. Special orders and custom-ordered items are not eligible for return or exchange.
Claims
For claims, you should always start by submitting our claims form. Describe why you want to make a claim and attach photos of the damage, and include your order number/customer number. Depending on the type of product and the damage involved, it can be resolved in different ways. In most cases, our suppliers determine what qualifies as a valid claim, so we must receive the damaged goods and forward them to the supplier. Processing time for claims is estimated at 1-3 weeks, but we always try to resolve issues as quickly as possible. We will send you a return label so you can send back the damaged item.
Transport Damage
If a product from Sportfishtackle.com is damaged in transit—whether the damage is visible or hidden—you must notify both the carrier or pickup point and submit our claims form immediately. Visible damage should be reported the same day. Hidden damage must be reported within 7 business days.
Keep all products and packaging so the carrier can inspect them if needed. You may need to submit photos of the damaged goods and packaging, so document everything thoroughly. As the sender, Sportfishtackle.com is responsible for ensuring shipments are packaged correctly.
If the package has visible damage, it's important to have the delivery representative or driver document it.
