Perch- & Dropshot Rods

When you'e out perch fishing and using drop shot techniques, you often look for a slightly more sensitive rod with a sensitive tip. At the same time you don't want your rod action to be too progressive, which means that the rod works with a larger part of the blank, since you have to be able to move the bait, especially when dropshoting where you want to be able to stay and slowly, but with precision move the rig in short steps.
The length you choose is highly personal, some prefer the classic seven-feet while others prefer to climb all the way to nine feet.
