Söders Starter Package - Perch Finesse Softbait

A starter kit for when you want to start finesse fishing! Here you will find everything you need for techniques like drop shot, texas rig, carolina rig, rubber jig, Ned rig.

ShadTeez 7cm, Scissor Comb and Sick Bug are perfect to rig on a dropshot and the included hook is the perfect size to hook the fish. Slowly reel in the ShadTeez 7cm and let the weight drag on the bottom. The Berkley Sick Bug and Illex Scissor Comb can be presented slowly with small jumps along the bottom. Adjust how far away you want the bait to hover over the bottom by the length of the leader between the hook and weight.

The Rubber jig can be rigged with all the baits supplied. Jump or drag it slowly along the bottom. Also try fishing it as a regular jighead, it can be really hot some days. The skirt on the jighead gives a more natural presentation, and flairs out when the bait lands on the bottom.

All lures are also great for rigging on a texas or carolina rig. Rig the Ned Ocho on the supplied jighead and fish slowly along the bottom. A tip is to use as little weight on the head as possible without losing contact with the bottom.

You can also rig the ShadTeez 7cm or Boogie Craw with the included 2/0 jig head in the appropriate weight! Jig it or swim it as is!
