It suits both short, careful drifts on small streams and controlled presentations at distance on larger rivers and lakes.

The VATN Fly Reel uses a large arbour design for fast line pick-up and reduced line memory. Its enclosed, graphite disc drag is smooth and strong enough to handle hard runs and rough weather, while the cast aluminium frame with CNC-finished details keeps weight low and stability high. Changing retrieve direction is quick and simple, and the large drag knob allows fine adjustments even with cold or wet fingers.

VATN Dry Fly Taper+ completes the set with a medium-long head and two-step front taper for precise, gentle presentations with longer leaders.
