Umpqua Baby Gonga Rainbow #8

Umpqua Fly Baby Gonga is a compact articulated streamer designed to trigger aggressive strikes from trout. At about two and a half inches, it imitates a small baitfish or sculpin, making it a solid choice when fish are hunting smaller prey.

The articulated body and dual size 8 hooks give the Baby Gonga a lively, jointed swimming action on both swing and strip retrieves. It casts well on modern trout fly lines and fishes efficiently on floating, sink-tip or full sinking lines, depending on depth and current.

Use it when you need a streamer that is easy to turn over yet still carries enough hook and profile for larger fish. Available in several proven colours, it covers a wide range of light conditions and water types, from clear freestone rivers to coloured reservoirs.
