Aero Dry Wing is a hollow polypropylene yarn that does not draw water and is very light (weight 0.68).

Productinformation

This poly yarn is a perfect wing material, but can also be used in bodywork, such as back shields or as wing sacks on float nymphs. When you release the yarn from the box you can clearly see that it consists of four threads. The fact that it is so clearly divided makes it easy to calculate and standardize the right amount of yarn - for example a parachute wing.

Tip: Gray wing parachutes can be difficult to see under certain lighting conditions - or to be completely honest they are sometimes impossible to see. Make some flies with fluorescent wings in a sharp color. It is at least a smart solution for those thunderstorms that tend to hatch massively under poor lighting conditions. For example, rhodani and L. vespertina. Fluorescent wings are also a good choice for indicator flies where you have a nymph tied to the hook bend.
