The Bait Junkie series from Daiwa is a unique series of lures where innovative materials meet 2-D and 3-D designs to create a cool but above all an effective range of lures!Daiwa's engineers from Japan, together with their Australian division, have achieved an advanced and innovative development of baits, with great attention paid to the small details. When the Bait Junkie is manufactured, the mould is designed to cut the bait perfectly from the mould. This results in an absolutely incredible finish and no injection marks on any bait, making Bait Junkie lures incredibly easy to rig and a perfect fit with virtually any jig on the market. All Bait Junkie lures are also equipped with lines to help you rig the lure straight and perfect every time. Another great thing about Bait Junkie is the packaging which ensures that the lures are always in perfect condition when it's time to fish!
In addition to Bait Junkie's innovative manufacturing and the little details that make using these lures easier and more efficient, all of the lures are loaded with "Shrimp Power-Oil" for the icing on the cake. All BaitJunkie lures are made of ELASTOMAX which is a floating, durable and stretchy material. However, be careful not to mix BaitJunkie lures with other PVC based materials.
BaitJunkie Minnow
The Baitjunkie Minnow has what Daiwa calls a "slim waist" design, which means that the body of the lure is divided into two parts to allow the paddle to move as freely as possible. However, this doesn't affect durability thanks to Daiwa Elastomax construction! The bait produces an incredible amount of vibration, but it is possible to fish these jigs with incredibly light weights without the paddle stopping swimming in the drop.
The largest model, the 4.2, has a slightly different shape and altered material for easy rigging and maximum rolling action!
The Baitjunkie Minnow is simply an incredibly durable jig, with plenty of movement and always paddling. What more could you want from a jig?

Bait Junkie Risky Critter
The combination of front and rear legs gives the perfect smooth motion, while, like the Minnow, it always moves no matter how light your weights are. The claws and wings provide a subtle kick and movement that will entice even the most sluggish fish to bite. The two main claws on the back of the body are designed to work when the bait jumps up from the bottom, signalling to nearby fish that there's something to eat nearby.

BaitJunkie Grub
What makes the BaitJunkie Grub so special is the orientation of the tail. By placing the tip of the tail parallel to the body of the grub, any water pressure hits the inner curve of the tail, opening up the shape of the tail and forcing it to swim seductively.
