Umpqua Hustler CDC Light 4.0 - #12

Umpqua Fly Hustler CDC in size 12 with a 4 mm Umpqua Jig Bomb bead is built for everyday nymphing. The tungsten head drops the fly quickly into the strike zone and keeps it there, ideal in faster runs and deeper pockets where other patterns drift above the fish.

The sparse but buggy body, reinforced with a subtle UV rib, gives a natural profile that still stands out just enough in mixed light and broken water. The soft CDC collar suggests the air bubbles and movement of an emerging insect, making the fly useful both dead-drifted and gently lifted. Fished in either Dark or Light versions, it comfortably covers common mayfly and caddis situations, from clear chalkstreams to slightly coloured rivers.
