Turus Ukko Original Wobbler 20cm, 60g - The legend lives! - That's one way to describe this mythical wobbler that was first brought to life by Jorma Turunen and his love of fishing and creating his own wobblers by hand. With bodies of the finest abachi balanced with internal weights to elicit the most seductive swimming motion, word quickly spread of its ability to trick big fish into biting.

Productinformation

The bait then disappeared from the market completely in the 90s after the late Jorma sold the company in a deal where the American buyers never got the quality and magic to be preserved. Jarmo Rapala therefore bought the rights back to Finland in 2006 and was able to not only recreate but also raise the quality with his expertise and long experience of traditional wobbler manufacturing by hand. However, Turus Ukko disappeared from the Swedish market and eventually from its home country as well. Among those who were passionate about the bait and its amazing properties, the void was now palpable.

Until now! Behind the scenes, Jarmo has been training a new generation of wobbler makers to ensure the bait's existence and presence in European predator fishing. TURUS UKKO GmbH with Guido Behle in the lead can now together with Jonathan Jansson Wollsten @JJW.FISHING proudly present that Turus Ukko is back on the Swedish market. First out is the classic 20 cm model in 8 colors which for 2023 is available in an extremely limited edition! Those who want to own a copy of this legendary wooden bait should not wait.
