Sonik Maglev 14000

Sonik MAGLEV is an advanced big pit carp reel built around an ultra-long 45mm distance-casting spool and Slow O.S.C. oscillation for evenly spaced coils, efficient casting and consistent accuracy. The ultra-light magnesium body is paired with a forged carbon rotor, CNC-cut brass and aluminium gearing, a stainless steel mainshaft and wormshaft gear system, and 11 + 1 shielded stainless steel ball bearings. The IntraSpool™ floating rotor line guard removes the traditional gap beneath the spool, reducing the chance of line slipping behind it and allowing fine adjustment of line lay. Twin captive sprung line clips and an oversized ceramic twist-free line roller support controlled line management. The Advanced Cross Carbon Quick-Torque drag offers 30kg of drag power, with instant anti-reverse and micro line-lay adjustment washers. A built-in lubrication port is supplied with lubricating oil. The 14000 weighs 556g and the 18000 weighs 566g. Both feature a silk-black anodised CNC aluminium handle with wood barrel grip, HollowCurve™ one-piece bail arm, and a 4.8:1 gear ratio. Retrieve is up to 1.17m per turn on the 14000 and 1.27m on the 18000. The 18000 has an enlarged spool diameter for extreme-range casting.
