The Simms Headwaters Vest is a durable, quick-drying fly fishing vest designed for long days on the river or lake. Built in tough nylon ripstop with a soft polyester mesh lining and padded spacer mesh over the shoulders, it offers comfort and breathability even when fully loaded with gear.

The pocket layout is aimed at the fly angler who wants organisation and easy access. Four lower flapped pockets with pull tabs and four YKK zippered pockets are sized to take C&F Design Fly Boxes in small, medium and large. On the chest you have bonded stretch zip pockets and low‑profile slide pockets with magnetic closure, including a built‑in chamois for cleaning sunglasses.

A large rear storage pocket holds a wading jacket, water bottle or lunch, while multiple internal pockets keep leaders, tippets and small tackle in order. Practical fishing details such as a quick‑release front buckle, accessory attachment points, a net D‑ring and a “third hand” rod holder help you manage your kit when tying on new flies or playing a fish. A rib knit collar adds extra comfort around the neck.
