Tail baits may be primarily associated with slow coldwater fishing. But even during the summer, it is almost more the rule than the exception that large pike you catch have burbots sticking out of their throat. So here you have a coil-shaped long narrow burbot-kind of looking tail, which casts, hooks and catches exceptionally well.
Available in a floating version for shallow fishing or around / over vegetation down to 1.5m depth and a sinking for the deeper edge fishing.
17cm long body (approx. 27cm with fluttering tail).
Floating: approx. 75g (with smaller hook and fluotafs, choose larger hook for suspending / super slow sink).
Sinking: about 90g, sinks fairly fast and fishes best at 2-5m.
Delivered without hooks.

Yasei BB Crankbait
You can fish crankbaits with many different types of spinning rod, but you will get better results using a specialist model like the Yasei BB Crankbait. The smooth action absorbs the vibration and kicks your lure makes when retrieved, especially when using braid line, which maximises action and attraction, even when using the most aggressive types of lure. Another benefit of the smooth through action is how the rod loads up pressure in a progressive manner as a fish strikes. This encourages the fish to hold on to it slightly longer, resulting in more hook-ups. Combine the Yasei BB Crankbait with any mid-sized Shimano reel for a high quality combination that offers maximum value for money.
Yasei BB Pike
All Yasei BB Pike models have a fast action Full Carbon blank built using HPC (High Pressure Carbon) and exclusive Diaflash technology. This increases the power in the bottom part of the rod and reduces blank twist when casting, resulting in longer more accurate casting. The inclusion of Diaflash also improves fish playing when under extreme pressure as it helps the rod apply more direct, straighter pressure from the butt through to the tip. To further increase long range casting and overall performance, the Yasei BB Pike is fitted with Fuji Fazlite K-type guides. These are lightweight but also very strong and help prevent any line problems at the start of a powerful cast. In keeping with the high quality design, a Fuji reel seat is fitted onto the custom-design split grip EVA handle giving this rod a modern, eye-catching appearance that matches its brilliant fishing performance.
