Savage Gear 3D Line Thru Sandeel

Savage Gear 3D Line Thru Sandeel is a highly realistic sandeel imitation developed from 3D scans and detailed studies of real baitfish behaviour. It swims with a slim, enticing S-curve and a slightly elevated head position that closely mimics a natural cruising sandeel.

On a spin-stop, the lure flutters and rolls backwards like a fleeing sandeel trying to bury into the seabed, a movement that often triggers following fish to strike. When twitched, it darts erratically and flashes, adding an extra triggering effect in clear as well as coloured water.

The hard ABS body is very durable and carries fine details that increase realism. Inside, a specialised casting spear gives excellent casting distance and stability, even in strong coastal winds. The Line Thru construction improves hooking and fish landing rates, as hooked fish cannot easily use the lure weight as leverage to shake the hook.

3D Line Thru Sandeel comes with a complete rigging kit, including beads, split ring, single hook and treble hook in DG Stealth finish. For best presentation and abrasion resistance we recommend a soft fluorocarbon or Finezze mono trace.
