Rapala CrushCity Salted NedRoll

Rapala Salted NedRoll is a compact soft bait in the CrushCity range, developed for modern perch fishing where finesse and control are essential. The discrete movement and natural profile make it a strong choice when the perch are cautious and the fishing pressure is high.

The bait is scent- and flavour-enhanced and salted to achieve a naturally hovering action in the water. This encourages the perch to keep the bait longer in the mouth, giving clearer takes and more secure hook-ups. The balanced body responds to the slightest rod movement and delivers a soft, rolling action even at very slow presentations along the bottom.

The salted composition offers clear advantages for different finesse techniques. On a dropshot rig, Salted NedRoll hangs horizontally from the hook, creating a more lifelike and natural presentation than many traditional soft baits. On a Ned rig it imitates a worm or leech that slowly crawls over the bottom, and still looks natural even when fished almost dead still.

Salted NedRoll also works very well for Free rig, where the free movement between weight and bait allows it to glide down towards the bottom and continue to move when the weight has settled. It can of course also be fished effectively on a jig head, for darting, Cheburashka, Texas and Carolina rig, and many other bottom-oriented methods where small details make a difference.
