Preston Monster X Feeder

Preston Monster X Feeder rods are designed for modern commercial fisheries, covering everything from tight snake lakes to open stillwaters and rivers. Each model uses a high grade carbon blank with a seamless through action, so the rod cushions sudden lunges and reduces hook pulls, even with small hooks and fine lines. SEA guides and DPS reel seats keep the set-up reliable and tidy, while the flat handle gives a secure grip when casting and netting fish.

The 7ft Wandzee suits tiny venues and casts up to around 25 m, ideal over the pole line or to the far bank. The 9 ft and 10 ft Carp Feeder models shine on canals and snake lakes for method and pellet feeder work at 30–35 m. The 11 ft Carp Feeder adds a bit more reach up to around 40 m, still soft enough for skimmers and roach. For heavier feeders and 60–70 m work, the 12 ft Method Carp Feeder offers extra power and also copes well on rivers for bream, barbel and chub. The 11 ft Pellet Waggler has the length and action needed for accurate float control around islands and other features. All feeder rods are supplied with three interchangeable carbon tips to fine-tune bite indication and casting weight to the venue and conditions.
