Preston Distance Cage Feeder

This distance feeder is built for controlled casting when the wind is against you. With the lead mounted at the bottom, it flies straight and stable, so placing bait accurately at long range becomes much easier, even in crosswinds.

The clever lead and cage shape keeps the inside completely smooth right down to the base. Bait does not compact in the bottom of the feeder, which means it empties quickly and cleanly in the swim and not halfway back. On the retrieve, the design also helps lift the feeder up in the water, keeping the rig away from bottom snags and awkward debris.

A heavy-duty mono boom, secured with a strong krimping technique, adds extra security. It handles repeated casting without the usual risk of the boom snapping under load, making it a reliable option for regular feeder fishing at distance.
