Pig Shad Junior is a 20 cm, 50 g soft lure inspired by the classic The Pig jerkbait. It features a bulky profile resembling a well-fed baitfish, combined with its characteristic rolling and swimming action.

During the retrieve, the head moves from side to side while the tail paddles and twists at a slow, low-frequency rhythm. The result is a presentation that resembles an injured or weakened baitfish slowly making its way through the water – an easy meal for a hungry pike.

Pig Shad Junior is also highly versatile when it comes to rigging. Fish it on a traditional jig head or combine it with a BFT Flexhead Pike. For shallower fishing, the BFT Pike Center Pin is an excellent option that allows the lure's rolling and swimming action to work freely.

The lure also features a slot designed for rigging with an Owner Beast Twist Lock, for example in size 10/0. This makes it possible to create a more protected hook presentation for fishing through dense vegetation and other snaggy areas.
