Minn Kota RT Kayak Terrova is a saltwater-resistant bow-mount trolling motor in a smaller format for kayak mounting. The Advanced GPS Micro Remote controls the propeller, steering, speed, Spot-Lock, autopilot and a full-throttle shortcut. A display-equipped remote control is available separately, while the built-in battery meter is shown on the remote. Bluetooth enables operation and motor updates from an Android or iOS device. The motor supports JOG, allowing the Spot-Lock anchor position to be adjusted forwards, backwards, to starboard or port in 1.5 m increments; a Heading Sensor is required. One-Boat Network support is included, together with everything required to connect compatible Humminbird fish finders via the supplied 4.5 m Humminbird Ethernet cable. No additional adapter is required when a free network port is available on the fish finder. The motor must always be installed with Minn Kota’s 60A fuse. A compatible quick-release mount is recommended, and fitting an MKR-28 is also recommended. The package includes the Micro Remote with neck lanyard and a safety lanyard connected to the motor’s power supply. The motor has no built-in transducer.
