Matrix Ethos XR

Ethos XR 3000 Reel and Ethos XR 3500 Reel are built for practical feeder and float fishing where control and reliability matter. The graphite anti-flex body keeps the reels light yet stable under load, which helps when playing hard-fighting fish on finer hooklengths. A 6+1 carbon steel ball bearing system and advanced one-piece bail arm give smooth rotation and consistent line lay, cast after cast.

The multi-disc front drag offers precise adjustment, so it is easy to protect light mono on commercial carp, bream or silverfish. With a 5.2:1 gear ratio and fast retrieve (89 cm on the 3000, 94 cm on the 3500), line pick-up is quick when fishing at distance. Ethos XR Spare Spools in aluminium with reinforced line clip are ideal when swapping between different monofilament diameters or setups. They match the reels’ capacities perfectly for tidy, efficient fishing.
