Lake X Pike Casting Casting Combo 8' 15-60g

The Lake X Pike Casting Combo 8' 15–60 g is the perfect choice if you want maximum pike fishing value for your money! This carefully selected package combines an affordable, well-built casting rod with a reliable low-profile baitcasting reel and high-quality eight-strand braided line. It is ideal for anglers getting started with baitcasting as well as experienced fishermen looking for a budget-friendly second setup.

At the heart of the combo is the Lake X Pike Casting 8' 15–60 g, a versatile pike rod built with a 24T carbon blank. Its fast action makes it a great choice for light to medium-heavy pike fishing with shads, jerkbaits, crankbaits and spinnerbaits. The rod features a comfortable EVA rear grip and a high-quality Fuji reel seat. At 8 feet long, it offers excellent casting potential whether fishing from the bank or a boat.

The included Scout Baitcaster 200/201 is a low-profile reel that offers impressive performance for its price. Weighing just 210 g and featuring a 6.3:1 gear ratio, it is versatile enough for several fishing techniques. With 6+1 bearings, a CNC-machined aluminium spool, machined brass gears and a maximum drag of 6 kg, it is well suited to perch, zander and lighter pike fishing. The reel is available in both right- and left-hand retrieve versions.

To complete the package, you also get 130 metres of Söder Tackle Scout Braid X8, a tightly woven eight-strand PE braided line with a smooth, round profile. It travels easily through the rod guides to support long, accurate casts. Its very low stretch provides direct contact with your lure, making bites easier to detect and hooksets more effective. Abrasion-resistant fibres and excellent knot strength make it a dependable choice for predator fishing.

The biggest advantage of the Lake X Pike Casting Combo is just how much you get for your money. Instead of purchasing a rod, reel and line separately, you get a well-matched combination in one affordable package. An excellent way to start pike fishing with a baitcaster or add a versatile setup to your collection without breaking the bank.
