Korum Glide - Avon 8G (5Ssg)

This big-fish Avon float is built for serious river work. The 2.5 mm alloy stem adds strength and stability, while the durable, high-buoyancy body keeps the float running true in powerful flow. The ultra-bright Flat Top tip is far easier to track than a traditional dome-top, especially on long glides or in broken light.

Designed to pair with a Korum Glide Inline olivette set around two feet above the hook, it sits beautifully with one or two No4 or No6 droppers. This set-up gives smooth presentation and clear indication when fish lift or hold the bait. A simple guide is to use roughly 1 g of float capacity for every 2 ft of water depth, then fine-tune to suit the flow and bait size.
