Korda Essentials Kurv X Barbed

The Korda Essentials Kurv X is a long-standing favourite among carp anglers, now available as part of the Essentials range for anglers across the UK and Europe. Its aggressive in-turned eye and curved shank provide strength and hooking potential, while the design helps the hook flip and secure a firm hold without shrink tube or a kicker. The hook is a versatile option for rigs including the Spinner and IQ D-rig. Made from ‘X’ gauge wire, it is stronger than the standard Kurv and has an unobtrusive black nickel finish. The durable point can allow multiple fish to be caught before the hook needs replacing. Essentials Kurv X hooks are available in barbed and barbless versions in sizes 2, 4, 6 and 8, with ten hooks per packet. The Essentials range offers reliable, good-quality carp tackle based on simple methods and accessible products, without unnecessary components or expense. It is intended to make carp fishing tackle more accessible to youngsters, new and occasional anglers, and those on a limited budget.
