Korda Essentials Krank X Barbed

The Korda Krank X is a size 2 barbed carp hook from the Essentials range. Its distinctive shape combines a very wide gape with a short, curved shank and an offset point, a feature described as increasing hooking potential. The hook has been used almost exclusively by Tom Dove and Spooner on their Spinner Rigs, accounting for large numbers of their captures in recent years. Manufactured from X-gauge wire, the Krank X is extremely strong and durable, with an unobtrusive black nickel finish. Its sharp, durable point can allow multiple fish to be caught on the same hook in many situations. Always check the hook after each fish and replace it if necessary. It is suitable for many fishing situations across the UK and Europe. Korda Essentials offers accessible carp-fishing tackle for youngsters, new, occasional and budget-conscious anglers. The range is built around simple methods and products, providing the tackle needed to fish safely, effectively and confidently without unnecessary components.
