Korda Basix Carp Cradle XL

Korda Basix Carp Cradle XL is a spacious carp cradle designed to give your fish secure handling on the bank, even with big carp up to 60 lb / 32 kg. The larger dimensions compared to the standard model provide more room for specimen fish, while still keeping the weight and pack size practical for the mobile angler.

The cradle is built from 70 mm high-density padded foam that gives reliable cushioning and support during unhooking, weighing and photography. The waterproof outer material is fish-friendly when wet and helps to protect the carp’s slime coat, while the padded walls keep the fish safely inside the cradle if it kicks.

Basix Carp Cradle XL folds in half for transport and storage, and there is space inside to stow a Carp Care Kit and a Basix Weigh Sling, keeping your essential carp care gear together. Strong carry handles make it easy to move around the swim and can be used to peg the cradle down so it stays secure in windy conditions.

The XL version also includes an extra loop on the underside to hold a weigh sling or a two-piece landing net, adding to the practicality on longer sessions or when fishing multiple rods.
