Guideline Tropical WF

Guideline Tropical WF is built for serious saltwater fly fishing in hot climates, with bonefish, permit and tarpon firmly in mind. The taper is powerful enough to turn over big flies and handle strong wind, yet still balanced for clean, controlled presentations when the conditions calm down.

The line features a floating PVC coating on a braided low-stretch core. This gives solid contact to the fly, efficient hook-sets at distance and very little line stretch when sight fishing. The hard, tropical coating resists sand and salt, and softens to the right suppleness in high temperatures with minimal line memory for trouble-free handling on the deck.

The head has a consistent diameter for smooth energy transfer through the cast and a 4 metre back taper that lets you carry more line in the air for longer shots. The Pale Sand colour stays discreet over wary fish, yet remains visible enough on the surface so you can track and control your fly at all times.
