SALAR Convert Sink 18 is built for those situations when fish hold deep and nothing else gets down in time. Extra tungsten and high overall weight give a very rapid sink rate, ideal for high or cold water, heavy flows and deep slots where depth is more important than finesse.

The shorter tips work well even on a 7/8 weight, while the longer versions suit more powerful double hand rods and heavier heads. Ten multi-density options and five carefully matched lengths make it easy to fine-tune fishing depth without losing control of the fly. A 40 lbs core, low-friction coating and progressive taper help the tip turn over cleanly, even with weighted flies and big tubes. Colour coding, clear markings and durable sleeve-reinforced loops make handling straightforward on the riverbank.
