The high temperature nonstick marble surface handles everything from breakfast to late-night snacks, and cleans up fast. Die-cast aluminium spreads heat evenly, which helps reduce hot spots and burning when cooking over a gas stove.

The hinged design lets you use both halves together or separate them for different jobs. One side is smooth, the other is a griddle pan, so searing, toasting, or gentle frying are all covered. The stainless steel wire rack keeps pies, pastries and pizzas off the direct surface, ideal when you want crisp results without burning. Removable touch button handles make the pans compact to pack away, and the neoprene sleeve protects them in transport. Available in a standard and a deeper version to match your cooking style.
